Heart Rate Anchor

Use the Red Heart below to calculate your heart rate

You may also record your heart rate from your FitBit,  Apple Watch, or enter your regular heart rate if you know it.

With your right hand, tap the heart icon each time you feel your heart beat.

How to feel your heart rate:

​

Place your right hand on the mouse and move the cursor to the Red Heart, ready to click

​

Raise your neck slightly, and place your Index and Middle fingers of your left hand on the left side of your windpipe.

​

Slide your fingertips alongside the windpipe and dig them deep into your neck.

 

Continue until they can go no further, remain still and quiet for about 5 seconds and you will feel your pulse.

​

Click for about 10 seconds, and your heart rate will be shown below the Red Heart.

​
