This is therapy that uses art as a means of addressing emotional and behavioural and social issues that may be simple or complex. When individuals prefer not to talk about their issues during therapies, art therapy offers a good outlet

  • It is different from ARTS therapy which includes other creative arts like music, dance, poetry and drama
