It is the gentle manipulation of muscles, tendons and joints with the aim of releasing tension, and to restore the normal flow of energy through the body. The practitioner identifies some 'knots' and work on them to release the tension. Nutritional advice is usually provided alongside to complete the therapy session

  • Neck manipulation can sometimes lead to serious consequences
