This is therapy that manipulates your deep tissue, and gives you movement education that balances the muscles and joints of your body. The aim is to empower your body-parts to work well together, and to deal with the effects of gravity, posture and daily activities. This good balance is believed to promote wellbeing

  • The therapy can be painful to the individual


  • Deep tissue manipulation may be harmful if performed close to cancer sites on the body
